The Hoovox at the Paris marathon - 7/04/08

The 32^nd Paris marathon was held on Sunday the 6^th of April. And for the first time the paper megaphone Hoovox was out supporting the 30,000 participants.  “France-Québec”  was celebrating 4 centuries of brotherhood linking these two countries. A Canadian accent was going to be released in the streets of Paris.

The Ethiopian Tsegaye Kebede won the men’s’ race in 2h06’37’’. He misses the world record of the discipline by only 4 seconds. In the women’s competition, Martha Komu for Kenya takes the first place in 2h25’33’’.

With the few thousand of Hoovox paper megaphones distributed at the finishing area, children and adults had fun supporting their friends and random runners.
